$600m projects on state table
A review of 700 applications used by the state's agencies and departments take place, with education, health, justice and land and environment portfolios expected to be given priority.
"The Health Department is hoping a $70 million project to replace its ageing patient administration system will be funded in the budget. Funding is also mooted for statewide software platforms covering functions such as payroll and human resources."
"Over the next few months we'll be putting together an investment portfolio and taking it to agencies and, ultimately, to cabinet," South Australian government chief information officer Grantly Mailes said."
