Solicitor from UK moots outsourcing legal work to India
FLE Legal Education togther with a delegation of Murria Solicitors, organised a seminar at the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana, Sector 37.
‘Future of Legal Outsourcing in India’ and ‘Commercial Immigration and Globalisation’, where topics discussed.
"India have immense potential. We want to outsource their legal intelligence to the western countries, which will not only offer handsome job offers to them, but even the western countries will be benefitted by their expertise.’’ Singh further discussed the changing scenario of legal practice and globalisation of the law firms.
He pointed out that Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) has high growth potential and can fetch 79,000 jobs in India by 2015.
On the other hand, Hari Sangha, partner, Murrai Solicitors and UK Immigration Tribunal Judge discussed about the capital flow through immigration and its advantages to both the countries."
